First let me wish all of our shareholders a happy and prosperous New Year.

As some of you may know, 2016 was a challenging year for us as we endeavored to develop and engage new investment partners, pursued innovative content opportunities, and enlisted the expertise of our Board of Directors in pivotal strategic planning development initiatives, all while continuing the complex and lengthy process of building our OTT platform. During this time we were also faced with the difficult task of abruptly shifting the timing of some of our major goals and priorities as new and unique challenges unexpectedly emerged. Yet, with the help of our Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and the continuing key efforts of our officers, we have been able to steer down a path which we believe will successfully lead to our projected future growth.

Last year our strategic plan was to launch our SVOD platform, cultivate and build content, work towards up-listing to a higher exchange, and continue developing advantageous relationships with premier investment banking institutions. Each of these initiatives required a certain amount of capital to be raised to support the required efforts. As we advanced into the critical stages of our financing efforts, several lenders, late in the process, failed to deliver on their promised financial commitments which forced us to take the extraordinary steps of going to the secondary markets for nominal, but essential, financing. Subsequently, the Company’s Board of Directors considered the Company’s options and ultimately decided proactively to suspend our SEC filings until the necessary financing had been raised.

Faced with a myriad of challenges, we have steadfastly maintained our focus and remain confident that the solid foundations we established coupled with the strong and innovative initiatives we have developed will allow us to reach our objectives and ultimately lead to our shared success.

To this end, we are currently exploring a range of opportunities including multiple revenue-share agreements for unique content libraries with various industry suppliers. Additionally, we have maintained a strong relationship with a prominent NYC investment banking firm with the goal of having it emerge as one of our financial backers for these deals as they develop. We will of course communicate any definitive agreements with you via a public filing.

Hon. Reynolds also held positions as Speaker of the Legislative Assembly for British Columbia, Minister of Environment, Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, and Chief Opposition Whip of the House of Commons, in which capacity Hon. Reynolds was a member of the Procedure and House Affairs Committee and a member of the Board of Internal Economy, which manages the budget of the House of Commons.

Hon. Reynolds served as co-chair of the successful national Conservative Party campaign for the January 23, 2006 federal election, in which Stephen Harper was elected Prime Minister of Canada. Hon. Reynolds was appointed as a member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada on February 6, 2006.

In the private sector Hon. Reynolds work included directorships on the boards of numerous public companies, including International Corona Resources, one of the largest gold discoveries in North America. Hon. Reynolds also hosted one of British Columbia’s leading radio talk shows. In March 2006, Hon. Reynolds was appointed as a Senior Strategic Advisor to McMillan LLP in Vancouver.

On January 29, 2015, Zonzia Media, Inc. began its transition as a technology based entertainment company focused on providing compelling streaming content to its users. THE PAST

On the day we started we had in our hands a strategic outline and a business plan which we knew would require a tremendous amount of hard work from a dedicated and experienced team. We never hesitated and wholeheartedly took on this task with very little front-end money, while concurrently dealing with the complicated and very expensive task of unwinding the HDIMAX reverse merger from December 2014.

There are many long-time shareholders who remember when the company (pre-Zonzia) went dark, had ceased operations during the oil and gas heydays, had gone into shell status and had ultimately gone dormant. To remedy those issues we have taken the necessary and responsible compliance steps, first re-listing on the “pink-sheets” (OTC-PK) and then uplisting to our present status as OTC-QB.

Over the last sixteen months we have had several challenges, but we have transitioned and made adjustments. Our test marketing plan with the hotel network has proven to not produce the expected results. As a result, we have decided to no longer place our efforts in that specific market space, though we did obtain a good deal of valuable and useful information.

As a result of our new focus and the challenges presented, we have taken the necessary steps to reorganize our management team to most effectively and efficiently implement our strategic vision while trimming expenses.

To enhance our distribution capabilities we have engaged Kaltura, one of the world’s leading video technology companies, to develop and power all of our OTT (Over-The-Top) Video-On-Demand services, which together with the content acquisition opportunities we are pursuing, will have us firmly on the path to revenue growth.

OTT Streaming Media Company Zonzia Media Inc. Teams with SimplyME Distribution to Expand Its Programming into 27.5 Million Cable Households

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 26, 2015 / ZONZIA MEDIA, Inc. (OTCQB: ZONX), a new over-the-top (OTT) streaming media company, today announced that it has significantly expanded its cable reach from 10 million cable households to 27.5 million cable households.

Zonzia is teaming up with simplyME Distribution to provide its programming, which is supported by national branded advertisers, to cable households through cable television providers Comcast, Dish Network and Verizon FiOS.

Zonzia currently has over 30 hours of programming and is in the process of ramping up its programming efforts which will expand to approximately 90 hours of content in the fourth quarter of this year. Correspondingly, Zonzia is also looking to significantly expand its number of Video-On-Demand (VOD) cable households in Q4 2015.

Through their partnership, Zonzia and simplyME have already secured major nationally branded advertising partners in support of their programming and will continue to bring on board new national advertisers in the coming months. With its current ad partners, Zonzia believes it will report revenue from these advertisers in the 3rd quarter of this year.
